Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains how AI PreShow Inc. ("we") handles personal data you share through aipreshow.com. It covers this website only. The AI PreShow platform used inside cinemas will have its own policy.
Who we are
AI PreShow Inc. is responsible for this website. You can reach us at omar@entagl.com or on WhatsApp at +1 647 686 3366.
What we collect
When you request a pilot, you give us your name, company, role, country, city, organisation type, number of screens (optional), phone or WhatsApp number, email address and message. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, discuss a pilot or partnership with you, and keep a record of that conversation. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. A few service providers help us run this website: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivering form emails) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). If site analytics is switched on, we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that does not identify you. These providers may process data outside Egypt; we only use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep pilot requests for as long as we need them to follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing omar@entagl.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Laws we follow
We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and other laws that apply to you, such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698).
Cookies and storage
This website does not set cookies. It only remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
